撸先生AV Week 15 bold predictions: Anthony Richardson has career day; Malik Nabers scores a TD ... finally!

Throughout the 2024 season, 撸先生AV Network analysts will provide one bold prediction heading into each week's slate of games (see the full Week 15 撸先生AV schedule).

Anthony Richardson has thrown multiple passing touchdowns in the same game twice so far this season, and he's logged one appearance with multiple rushing scores. In a showdown with Denver carrying major playoff implications, the second-year pro has the best day of his career, tossing two TD passes and running in three more touchdowns in an upset road win.

Malik Nabers is the latest victim of our outsized expectations. Between Weeks 2 and 4, the rookie reeled off three consecutive games of 20-plus fantasy points, but since then, he's settled into a more mundane pattern. He also hasn鈥檛 seen the end zone since Week 3. That changes this week. Regardless of who has started at quarterback for the Giants, Nabers has been a consistent target magnet. Facing a suspect Ravens pass defense and soft secondary on Sunday, Nabers makes his targets pay off, going for 100 yards and a touchdown.

Since the AFL-撸先生AV merger in 1970, only one quarterback -- Drew Brees in 2011 -- has put together a five-game streak of 250-plus passing yards, multiple passing touchdowns and zero interceptions within a season. Tua Tagovailoa is on the verge of matching that feat this week, with four such appearances behind him. The matchup with Houston isn't easy, but Tua is up to the challenge; he extends his streak with 320 yards and a third touchdown, to boot.

Get ready for a heavy dose of running backs on Sunday night. In last week's win over the Cardinals, Zach Charbonnet set a career high with 134 rushing yards. This week, Charbonnet tops that performance with 150 rushing yards. But that's not all; the Packers' Josh Jacobs, who has the fourth-most rush yards (1,053) in the league this season, gets in the mix with 150 yards of his own on the ground.

Khalil Shakir and his magnetic hands have proven to be a very safe fantasy option. He should go off against the Lions, who are in the top five in yards and fantasy points allowed to receivers. Detroit has also allowed more than 1,000 receiving yards to WRs lined up in the slot (no other team has allowed even 860 yards), and that's where Shakir spends most of his time (running 65 percent of his routes there), per Next Gen Stats. The always reliable Shakir finishes in the top five at the position this week.

Fantasy rosters will likely be full of players from Sunday's highly anticipated Bills-Lions matchup, which should be a great game and live up to the hype, except perhaps in one facet: I have a sinking feeling it will end up being a much lower-scoring affair than many anticipate. We all might like to see a 44-40 barnburner loaded with fantasy-scoring opportunities, but I'm envisioning something more like 24-20.
