Who were the ߣÏÈÉúAV's top stars in Week 14? Each Wednesday, the league unveils its weekly honor roll. See who the Players of the Week are below.
AFC Offensive Player of the Week
Chase's sensational season continued on Monday, as he lifted his Bengals over the Dallas Cowboys, 27-20. Chase scored a 40-yard game-winning touchdown to cap an evening in which he had 14 receptions for 177 yards and two scores. At Week 14's end, Chase now leads the ߣÏÈÉúAV in catches, receiving yards and receiving TDs, with a shot at winning the receiving triple crown.
NFC Offensive Player of the Week
Darnold, taken third overall in the 2018 ߣÏÈÉúAV Draft by the New York Jets, has found his prime form in Minnesota, and Sunday was perhaps the best example yet. Darnold propelled the Vikings to a 42-21 victory over the Atlanta Falcons with five touchdown passes. Those TD tosses came as Darnold completed 22 of 28 passes (78.6%) for 347 yards with no interceptions and a sterling 157.9 rating. Darnold, who was the NFC's September Offensive Player of the Month this season, garnered the second Offensive Player of the Week of his career and his first since Week 6 of 2019 with the Jets -- his second year in the league.
AFC Defensive Player of the Week
Sieler came up clutch as the Dolphins defeated the New York Jets, 32-26, in overtime. Sieler posted four tackles and two sacks in the win, both of his sacks coming in the fourth quarter to help keep the Fins' playoff aspirations alive.
NFC Defensive Player of the Week
AFC Special Teams Player of the Week
The Chiefs wrapped up the AFC West title on Sunday night thanks in no small effort to Wright's stuff, specifically a perfect 4-for-4 evening on field goals, including a clang for the crown, as his game-winning 31-yarder hit the left upright and was good for a 19-17 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. Wright is one of three kickers the Chiefs have called into action this season, but he was stellar in Week 14, totaling 13 points, converting all five of his kicks (he also had an extra point) and flexing his might with a 50-yard FG.
NFC Special Teams Player of the Week
Bresee showcased some stellar athleticism to lead the Saints to a victory and recognition. The defensive tackle hurdled the New York Giants' offensive line and then got his hand up to block a Graham Gano game-tying field goal try with 11 seconds left in New Orleans' 14-11 win on Sunday. Though lauded for his massive special teams play, Bresee had a great game overall, adding a tackle for loss, a sack, two pass breakups and two QB hits.
